I called around and found several but they all charge service fee. Called A/C captain and then a technician Gerardo. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue, explaining patiently and did some tests. He gave me two options: repair or replace but he didn't emphasize the replace option. I opted to fix, they ordered the part and came the even though it was already late. Gerardo worked through the dark and windy weather , finished, tested and everything worked.
